Protection of Linguistic Minority Rights andNon-Discrimination on Grounds of Religion Article 29 enunciates the fundamental right of any section of citizens residing anywhere in India to conserve its distinct language , script or culture . भाषायी अल्पसंख्यक वर्गों के हितों का संरक्षण तथा धर्म के आधार पर विभेद का निषेध अनुच्छेद 29 में कहा गया है कि भारत में कहीं भी रहने वाले नागरिकों के किसी भी वर्ग को अपनी विशिष्ट भाषा , लिपि या संस्कृति को अक्षुण्ण रखने का अधिकार होगा .
